A friend of mine has a son who is alergic to nuts and dairy, so she has never been able to order him a birthday cake. I told her.. no problem I can make a cake without those things. His birthday was right before st. patricts day so he wanted a leprechaun cake. So this is what I came up with. And as an added suprise the cake inside was rainbowed. Little Alic loved it.
