My friend Justin has found the girl of his dreams and he often does cute things for her. He wanted to get her a romantic cake just for fun. I found this cake on one of my favorite baking websites and told him I would make it for him. The box is red velvet cake covered in red fondant. The "truffles" are actually red velvet cake balls covered in chocolate and decorated to look like a box of assorted chocolates. This is one of my favorite things I have made to date. Yay
